What do you wish you could do more every day?
Not sure if I’m supposed to go deep with this but what jumps out at me when I try to imagine what I wish I could do more of is, guilt free eating!
Every single thing I put in my mouth I’m weighing in my head, is this good for me, is it bad, I should not be eating this, rather I should be eating that instead.
It’s very rarely that I eat something without measuring it against what it will do to my body. I try to eat healthy, I exercise semi-regularly. But I am vain, I don’t want to find that middle aged weight creeping up on me. So for that reason, I am always paying attention to what I eat and it gets tiresome.
I just want to be like a pioneer woman or something, who works hard all day long, eats whatever she wants without analyzing how healthy or unhealthy it is.
I love eating, it’s so fun.
