On the shortest day of the year, aka my birthday, the sun doesn’t rise until after 9 am and sets before 4 pm.
I’m happy to report the longer days are already noticeable. The sun is rising at 8:58 am and not setting until about 4:15 pm. Minute changes but I swear you can already tell.
Also, we’ve finally been provided a reprieve from the deep freeze we were in all of December. It’s a balmy -15 Celsius right now, (plus 5 Fahrenheit). This will be all people are talking about when they bump into each other in the grocery store or are standing around the Keurig machine at work.
