
What food would you say is your specialty?
The top of my list would probably be chick parm (chicken parmesan).
You’ll never order from a restaurant after you’ve eaten mine.
So often, dishes made from scratch don’t compare with the ones you order in a restaurant.
Spaghetti and meatballs sounds so basic, but it’s another fave and it’s the little secret tweaks that I make to both the meatballs and the sauce that take it up a level.
My homemade pizza is to die for, in my humble opinion. Again, it’s the crust and the sauce that make it everything.
I just realized they’re all Italian types of dishes and I’m a lot of things but not Italian.
Wish I could say my specialty was baking an apple Kuchen or making perogies and cabbage rolls but unfortunately I’m not that talented.
