What’s the word for “fascinates” but in a bad way? That’s my (sort of) obsession with the Holocaust during WWII. It all started when I first read The Diary of Anne Frank when I was about eleven-ish years old. But I honestly do not want to speak about that this morning. That’s just too depressing.
More recently, thanks to both the facts and the fiction within the Netflix series The Crown, I can’t get over the royal family. I was never interested in the Monarchy and as a Canadian, did not understand what all the hoopla was about and thought it silly and useless. I still kind of feel that way but I think I have a better understanding of their existence.
Charles and Camilla are my fave. Go Team Camilla!
He never wanted Diana! He was basically forced to marry her. It’s so sad. Camilla was not the other woman, she was THE woman.
I’m going to cry when I finish watching this series and sit there wondering what my purpose in life even is. I’m in love with the guy who plays the older Prince Charles (now our King), Dominic West. He’s a dream.
Anyway, today is Halloween and Sid is so excited. He’s been anticipating trick or treating for like two months now and the day has finally arrived. He is dressing up in his now almost worn out, Captain America costume, minus the belt which we’ve already misplaced. I am dressing up as a witch.
