I feel like I am going to come up short with today’s prompt. It’s as though WP wants us to say that while out for a walk we tripped over the leg bone of a t-rex or while out for a swim we found the message of a jilted lover in a bottle, who just happened to be the lady’s maid of Queen Elizabeth I.
I found a five dollar bill on the ground near my house about twenty years ago. That was cool.
I found a bamboo shoot on the ground outside of my apartment about twelve years ago and I kept it, considered it good luck. Even if it wasn’t.
My last thrift store purchase was this little gem, (see photo). It’s some type of ? juicer I think. But ancient.
I used to collect old skeleton keys and on a family vacation in and around Phoenix I found a set in an antique store and purchased them. But a friend actually found one old skeleton key on the ground in an old abandoned farm yard that was his family’s at one time. And thankfully he thought to pass on to me.
Oh and I “found” this photo on the weekend while organizing the storage room downstairs. It’s of me sitting on my Gramma and Aunty Janice looking on. Just nothing but love in that photo.
