It’s a gravel path that winds along the river right where the city meets the bush, called The Millennium Trail.
I love being in amongst the trees, the moss, the smells of nature. And I think it reminds me of home. Although the river here is much wider and it’s honestly a bit scary, compared to the river back home. You’d never catch yourself swimming in it or skating on it.
You would think that living in the middle of nowhere, with bush completely surrounding our little city, there might be miles and miles of trails to hike but no. It’s all a bit untamed up here.
Everything is untamed up here. Even the locals 😉
