Greek yogurt is a staple in my diet. The low sugar kind, Siggi’s is my new favourite brand and I mostly like the vanilla flavour. Not a fan of strawberry because I don’t like the mushy chunks of berries in it but I will eat it if no vanilla.
I have to have granola in my yogurt, this I make myself, a couple of batches a week usually. And I sprinkle a handful of blueberries on top.
I love sparkling water. San Pellegrino is my fave.
Dark salted chocolate is never not in my fridge.
Eggs are an absolute must. We eat a lot of eggs in my house. Hard boiled, fried, scrambled. Eggs any old way.
I must mention coffee although that goes without saying. Coffee is like oxygen. An absolute must.
I feel like I could live off these things. I wish I was more crazy about fruits and veggies.
