Shop talk, when I’m outside of work. I like getting my coworkers opinions and readings on the goings-on at work, when we’re not at work. I find you can get a more human, less reserved and less filtered take on things the minute you step off the property.
What I really dislike talking about? Small talk. Can’t do it. Nope. No way. I will default to the weather everytime and that’s all I will discuss. For thirty minutes if I have to. The weather today, the weather yesterday, the weather a year ago, the weather next week. It’s terrible.
