Word decor

What are your favorite emojis?

Top five on my phone:

😂

Apparently I find a lot of things funny, that or I think a lot of what I say is funny 🤷🏻‍♀️.

The next one, with the little scrunchy face smile, I use in all types of conversations but often when I want to look humble saying thanks.

I use the hand clapping mostly with my friend Ang I think, and she’s probably the person I text the most. She’s been going through some real crappy shit with her ex and I love celebrating with her when she gets some glimmer of good news.

Fingers crossed…hmmm…not sure why I use that so much but maybe it’s just as of late.

And the smiles/hearts goes without saying, anytime I send a pic or talk about Sid ❣️.

I don’t agree that emojis are silly, I do feel they add to a conversation and I actually really admire the way some people use them to reinforce or just decorate what they’ve said.

It’s like word decor. Some people are so good at it!

Anyone else have a favourite wall in the house?

  1. I use the upside down smiley and the lovey face a lot, but simple heart and laughing emojis are the first, too. 🙂

  3. I use my computer to write on here, so just use my typing skills to do it the old skool way. Yes, the old programmer never goes away. I hate typing on my phone. I try to avoid using the thumbs up, because I read an article that people hate it. It is the conversation ender.

      1. Jk Rob!
Yeah I can see the thumbs up thing being taken the wrong way for sure, it’s almost like a brush off.
I too do all my WP stuff on my laptop not on my phone but for today’s post I made an exception so that I could include emojis.

  4. I think if you type the correct syntax for an emoji, it will work. Like 🙂 with the nose won’t work, but ‘:)’ without a nose works… 🙂 (I think, lets test it.)

    1. Oh, they both worked.. so ‘:-)’ worked. Maybe it was the winking smile ‘;-)’ … 😉
