I always thought the word evanescence was so pretty.
Of course when I was a teenager I did not realize it was actually a word, I thought it was only the name of a band.
I really like the band though too.

It IS a pretty word, I just had to look up the meaning too. It’s beauty evanesces from your tongue ;-P I was watching a show years ago and they said ‘Celllar Door’ was judged the prettiest word in English language, even it is two words. Maybe an expression, I didn’t get it. I think the panel were international so maybe the didn’t get that.
I like Gigantor. Trust the Japanese the find just the right word (it’s an old Cartoon, but google says it can be used as a noun. It’s just a cool word!
Never had my Disney ‘right of passage’ as a kid (only some rich kids did), but I went there in my 20s with a guy from work when I first got to the US. A bit weird, two Australian guys doing the rides (some balls to ass as they say) in the LA off season. Then he wanted to go to Universal Studios the next day. Only 2 days in LA and that’s what he wanted to do. Yes, these are the things that form your character.

I had to google Gigantor, never knew of its existence.
Well I was the same, as a kid only the rich kids got to go. Happy I was able to take my kids though! Although we were far from rich lol
Someday I’ll take Sid, maybe after DT is history 😬
