Lately, the meal my kids most often ask me to make is “chick fett”, chicken fettucine alfredo. It’s soooo good.
And easy.
Cook your chicken.
Heavy cream, garlic, butter in a pan. Heat and whisk then add your cheese or cheeses. I mainly use parmesan cheese, the real stuff with a couple shakes of the dried, more processed stuff. It adds a nice saltiness. The odd time I’ll whisk in some cream cheese too but it’s not necessary.
Cook your noodles and bam.
Cool as eva Ceej. Pearls good choice too. I’m thinking if you want to go all out those glasses could be yellow tinted, but maybe that’s too ‘Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas’, or even ‘Big Labowski’ hunting glasses… but looks cool.
And often I like the ‘processed’ parmesan better too, like snowflakes, it just clings better or something, gives it better texture.
