If you could pick a new first name, what would it be?
It’s no secret that CJ is my preferred handle. It’s not that I think CJ is such an amazing first name, it’s just that it beats Carla, hands down.
When I was probably eleven or twelve years old, I started a list of baby names that I loved. I kept it for years and added to it each time I found a new cool name that I thought I might use someday.
I don’t have the actual list anymore but I do remember some of the names that were on it and I would’ve loved to have been named any one of these names:
-Maude
-Cleo (not such a fan now)
-Piper
-Jaen (my Mom’s middle name is Jane)
The boy names I remember from the list were Wolfgang and Dewy. If Bella-Lena had been a boy she would have been named Dewy Piper. That’s facts. And she’s mortified by it, but what can I say, I always liked different names.
