If AI can create art, write stories, and mimic emotions, what makes your creativity special?
I really dislike AI. For the most part.
The AI posters/flyers look like shit and it’s so obviously AI, I don’t understand how people are okay with using and displaying them. They’re so fugly.
I can’t wrap my head around it. A coworker and friend, just this morning, sent me the poster he will use for running to win a school board trustee position. The poster screams AI.
I sarcastically asked, is that you? (There’s a full length picture of him leaning on the letter O or something.) He said well yes of course that’s me. I said isn’t it an AI generated photo of you?
Big difference.
I get that AI has a place and can do many very intelligent things. I’m actually going to use the Nolej program to enhance the way I teach in the classroom. I give it the info and it generates fun quizzes, word search games, etc which will hopefully making learning more fun.
I guess I’m going to have to accept AI and not reject it. Radically accept it up the ying-yang.
But obviously it can’t replace human hearts or hugs or real feelings. Real relationships. The love for a child. Orgasms.
