Feet and brains

What is a treasure you hold dear in your life?

I’m trying to think of a way to answer this. Am I treasuring people or relationships?

Things?

My very numerous thrift store treasures? Or personal items like my Grampa Antichow’s straw hat? Gramma Antichow’s brooch or the choker necklace she gave me?

What would I grab if the house was on fire and we had to run? My photo albums?

My fledgling subarctic avocado tree?

I really don’t know, it’s too difficult to pick.

I treasure my health, feet and a brain that work (usually), so that comes to mind as well.

Nothing to see here, just a 5 year old out on the front lawn with his driver at dusk, wearing a balaclava & his Nerf gun mask…
Delicious latte I made for myself Wednesday am, yummmmm

  1. …a curious parallel is that every morning I write that I’m thankful “for a mind and body that work (mostly)…”
